Presto Floor Level Loaders are the ultimate in manual palletizers.
The Presto Floor Load Level Loaders improves worker productivity and reduces fatigue. Its platform lowers to floor height so that pallets can be placed and removed using a hand pallet truck.
In loading operations, a pallet is placed on the platform and the platform is raised by hydraulic power to its full UP position. As goods are loaded onto the pallet, the platform is lowered so that each succeeding tier of goods can be loaded at the same height.
When unloading pallets, the platform starts at its lowest height and is progressively raised so that each succeeding tier of goods can be removed at the same height.
The Presto Floor Level Loader can be accessed from all four sides. Presto Units are equipped with a photoelectric toe guard which will stop downward travel if the beam is interrupted. The units have capacities up to 4000 lbs., making them suitable for most pallet loads that can be moved with hand equipment.
Because it lowers to the floor it can be fed with a hand pallet truck. The operator can precisely position the load to the most convenient and comfortable working height at the touch of a button. The extremely narrow side panels allow loads to be accessed with virtually no reachover.
Presto Lifts Floor Level Loaders Feature:
• Lowers to floor height so load can be loaded on or off with a hand pallet truck
• Foot switch allows operator to adjust height of pallet for loading/unloading at the most convenient working height with minimum reaching or lifting
• Easy and safe pallet loading with narrow side panels to provide operator protection.
• Easily moved with a hand pallet jack
• Standard voltage is 115/1/60 Other voltages are available
• Any of the following controls may be specified at no additional cost:
•-NEMA 1, up/down, footswitch with cover and 10-foot control cord
•-NEMA 4, up/down, hand held pushbutton with magnet and 10-foot control cord
• All standard P4s are shipped with the following: Internally mounted power unit and reservoir filled with hydraulic oil

• Standard control voltage is 115/1/60
• 10-foot control cord pre-wired
